Puppetry  has been consistently reoccurring in my career as a designer. I find working with found materials, and simple methods to be the most successful in puppetry. I have experience in foam patterning, marionette construction, and shadow puppetry. Over the course of my career I have been fortunate enough to attend master classes at the National Puppeteers of America National Conference. In the Spring of 2019 I received a Mellon Foundation Grant to research and apply various forms of puppetry into The Wonderful Wizard of Oz for which my work was recognized with a Certificate of Merit from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Region 5.
